After earning a fundraising of 32 million euros in 2019, Net Reviews was able to welcome the integration of three new great players of customer experience into its ecosystem (Teester and Mediatech-cx and Surprise) in 2020.

Your team :

As part of our growth, we are now accelerating our presence in North America. You will join Pierre, our Head of Operations, Carlos & Rachel - Customer Success Managers, Bridget - Marketing & Com Manager and Maud - Partnership Manager in stimulating a whole new area of progress.

You will be part of a team of the future, where mutual support and good vibes are the key to the work environnement.

Your missions will be to:

  • Identify and contact leads and decision-makers from your client portfolio (key accounts) and your network
  • Negotiate and prepare business proposals
  • Develop solid long-term relationships with clients
  • Work with clients on their customer experience challenges and define a solution
  • Attend business events 
  • Work with SDRs while also building your own personal pipeline

Job requirements

We’d love to meet you if you have:

  • Formal training in sales
  • Over 2 years of solid sales experience in Saas
  • MarTech or AdTech specific experience is a huge plus
  • A taste for negotiating in a competitive environment
  • The ability to develop a good rapport and trust with clients
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM software (ideally Salesforce)
  • The ability to work autonomously, plus excellent organizational skills
