Your main goal as an Account Manager will be to deliver consistent and predictable revenue growth with a portfolio of customers in doing cross selling and upselling in more countries.
Your missions :
Identify opportunities to expand the number of solutions they use in the group or the number of countries deployed in mapping the key contacts and in understanding strategic goals
Manage the commercial and contractual relationship with existing customers, developing revenue through usage boosting and upsells, minimizing churn and optimizing renewals
Build and manage relevant stakeholder relationships to maximize revenue opportunities everywhere knowing everyone
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business challenges, objectives per contact to address all their needs
Take the lead on RFI, RFP, RFQ and coordinate internal teams, work closely with Customer Success Team to lead on touch points with clients in participating to the Steering Committees with the CSM
Take and organize lot of meetings, be good in demo, recommendation and action plan to close cross selling and upselling deals
Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals & objectives through achieving & exceeding individual sales quota
Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools
We want you in if :
You have 5+ years in sales/account manager with relevant SaaS sales experience
You have excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organisation.
You have experience presenting to senior managers and C-level executives.
You are able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process.
You are rigorous, organised, autonomous, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You like to take initiative!
You are goal oriented with track record of overachieving on monthly and annual targets
