Specialized in the field of "voice of the customer and management of customer reviews", Net Reviews SAS (group SKEEPERS) publishes the "" solution in France and has several thousand customers.

Founded in April 2012 in Marseille, France, the company is now leader in Europe. The company is developing its international reputation by relying on its offices in Paris, Madrid, Boston, São Paulo and now Milan.

The team is composed of 100 people at the headquarters in Marseille and more than 120 employees in total.

The company has several strategic partnerships (Google, Yellow Pages, Microsoft...) and technological partnerships (Salesforce Cloud Commerce, Magento, Shopify, Shopware...) Net Reviews has more than 6000 international customers in about 15 countries, including many large groups (Lacoste, Fnac, SFR...).

In 2019, Net Reviews raises 32 million euros from an American fund (Providence Strategic Growth) to accelerate its international growth.

Your office and your team :

As part of our growth, we are now accelerating our presence in France and in the world.

You will manage a team of 7 people based in France and in the different offices (Marseille, Milan, Madrid, Boston...)

Julien Reymond, our CRO, will support you at any steps and help you to reach out your objectives.

Your main goal will be to increase our notoriety and market share business in the world by leading a network of partners willing to recommend our solution on the market.

More than 6000 clients have already joined the adventure and we will count on your taste for challenge to develop our network !

Your missions :

  • Develop a partnership strategy for Net Reviews in order to grow the revenue
  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenues
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
  • Educate partners about our product and create value
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
  • Set up an action plan with the marketing team (events, campaigns…)
  • Optimize partners integrations in a client-oriented mindset
  • Drive team performance, set up and follow-up KPI’s

Job requirements

We want you in if :

  • You have 10+ years experience in a Partnership or Sales role in SaaS or MarTech’ environment
  • You already led a successful team
  • You have grown in dynamic and successful sales environment
  • You are obsessed with perfect sales execution
  • You are a « doer »
  • You want to progress in the contact of performing individuals
  • You use Digital Tools efficiently
  • You speak French and English fluently
