SKEEPERS is a French group with strong international ambition (offices in France, Spain, Italy, Brazil and the USA) helping brands to generate value through and for their customers.


With our SaaS solutions and our AI and Blockchain R&D program, we prescriptively enable to activate data collected with customers feedbacks and contents for marketing purposes.

We have completed several acquisitions in the past few months and we are currently in the process of integrating teams and solutions to build a group able to serve our clients’ needs and locations.

In order to achieve our goals, we are looking for an Integration Manager.
Your main goal will be to properly integrate the new companies we acquire inside Skeepers Group. Acting as a Project Manager, you will conduct integration projects and create new processes.


Your missions :

  • Conduct integrations projects in our new acquisitions on behalf of the Comex members
  • Handle relationships with functional teams in an agile environment
  • Supervise group information systems projects & integration in close collaboration with the chief architect
  • Support the coordination and facilitation across all program work streams (e.g. HR, Finance, Ops, Sales, Communication etc. ), including coordination of Kick-Off Meetings, Status Meetings., etc.
  • Support the implementation and management of processes, tools and templates to manage the Integration Program
  • Create synergies inside the Group
  • Identify and manage economies of scale
  • Be responsible for roadmap delivery (support systems, products etc.) and goal achievements
  • Report to the COMEX on projects development and issues



Job requirements

We want you in if :

  • You have + 3-5 years of experience in a strategy/transformation consulting firm (transformation, change management, M&A, firm acquisitions..)
  • You graduated with a top Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
  • You get deep analytic and systemic planning - You pay attention to detail and you have strong analytical skills to ensure the integrity of the project plan
  • You are able to deal with ambiguity and learn new skills quickly
  • You demonstrated program management or project management in previous assignments
  • You have strong communication skills - necessary for presenting recommendations to the Comex and teams
  • You like working in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment
  • You are excited about making a long-term commitment and contribution to Skeepers
  • You are familiar with Salesforce, Office 365, Power BI and other tools
  • You are an expert of Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You are ready to work in France and abroad to meet the teams
