Specialized in the field of "voice of the customer and management of customer reviews", Net Reviews SAS publishes the "" solution in the US and has several thousand customers.

Founded in April 2012 in Marseille, France, the company is now leader in Europe. The company is developing its international reputation by relying on its offices in Madrid, Berlin, Boston, São Paulo and now Milan.

The team is composed of 100 people at the headquarters in Marseille and more than 130 employees in total.

The company has several strategic partnerships (Google, Yellow Pages, Microsoft...) and technological partnerships (Salesforce Cloud Commerce, Magento, Shopify, Shopware...) Net Reviews has more than 6000 international customers in about 15 countries, including many large groups (Lacoste, Fnac, SFR...).

In 2019, Net Reviews raises 32 million euros from an American fund (Providence Strategic Growth) to accelerate its international growth.

Your office and your team :

As part of our growth, we are now accelerating our presence in North America. You will join Pierre, our Head of Operations, Carlos - Customer Success Manager -, Bridget - Marketing & Com Manager-, and Gregory, Jared & Maureen - Sales.

Pierre and Maud, Head of International Partnerships - based in France, will support you at any steps and help you to reach out your objectives.

You will be part of a future team of 8 people where mutual support and good mood are the key words.

Your main goal will be to Increase Verified Reviews notoriety and market share business by leading a network of partners willing to recommend our solution on the market. In North America, more than 400 clients have already joined the adventure and we will count on your taste for challenge to develop our network!

Your missions :

  • Identify, prospect and find new strategic partnerships - You’ll fully work in BtoB
  • Close new partnership deals with Consultant, Marketing Agencies.. to promote Verified Reviews and drive occupancy
  • Lead and retain our current partners
  • Analyze the performance of existing operations and identify areas for improvement (reporting, monitoring, KPI analysis)
  • Business Intelligence and be aware of any relevant and business making opportunities in North America
  • Organize sales and marketing events and keep your network of partners alive

Job requirements

We want you in if:

  • BA/BS degree or similar college level education
  • Understanding of digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
  • Having a first 2-3 years experience, preferably in SaaS or MarTech’ universe. A previous experience in a digital agency would be a bonus
  • Tracking record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Comfortable with the hard-work and objective oriented culture
  • Comfortable with the use of CRM softwares (Salesforce, ideally)
  • Naturally curious, fast-learner and able to adapt easily to any type of situation and environment
  • Initiative taker, able to work in complete autonomy and still have this passion for entrepreneurship.

Recruitment process :

  1. Call with the HR team to better understand who you are and your motivations.
  2. A visio-conference with Maud, your manager and Head of International Partnerships, and Stéphane, our Global Partnerships Director
  3. Final interview with Pierre, Director of Operations
