At Net Reviews SAS, we specialize in voice of the customer (VOC) and customer review management. We develop and run the “” solution in the US, with thousands of businesses on our client list.

Net Reviews was established in April 2012 and we’re now the market leader in Europe. We’re currently expanding our international footprint and client base through offices in Madrid, Berlin, Boston, São Paulo and now Milan.

The Net Reviews team is 95-strong, with the vast majority (85) working from our HQ in Marseille, in the south of France.

The company has forged a number of partnerships, both strategic (Google, Yellow Pages and Microsoft, to name a few) and technological (Salesforce Cloud Commerce, Magento, Shopify, Shopware and more). Today, we have over 6,000 international clients across some fifteen countries, including big names like Lacoste, Michelin, Kenneth Cole, Franklin Sports.

In 2019, Net Reviews raised 32 million euros from American fund Providence Strategic Growth to accelerate our international growth.

Your office and your team :

As part of our growth strategy, we’re now stepping up our presence in North America. In the States, you’ll be joining Pierre, our Head of Operations, and Carlos, who oversees Latin America.

You will be part of an 8-person team we’re building, including Pierre, Carlos, a future Enterprise Sales Executive, a Customer Success Manager and a Partnership Manager. Team spirit and a cheerful disposition are essential.

Your role :

Develop Net Reviews’ business in North America by building strong relationships with your clients (small and medium sized accounts). In North America, over 400 clients have already joined the adventure. We’re counting on your taste for challenge to grow that number.

You will :

  • - Grow our client portfolio (small and medium sized accounts)
  • - Negotiate and prepare business proposals
  • - Build solid relationships with clients
  • - Be proactive and thorough in managing your client portfolio
  • - Meet your targets
  • - Contribute to developing our sales strategy
  • - Attend business events (Etail Palm Springs, Shoptalk Las Vegas, Digicon Canada, IRCE Chicago, Grow 2020, Etail West Boston, etc.)

Job requirements

We’d love to meet you if you have:

  • Formal training in sales
  • Entry-level sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Martech, or retail/e-commerce
  • A taste for negotiating in a competitive environment
  • The ability to develop a good rapport and trust with clients
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools (ideally Salesforce)
  • The ability to work autonomously, plus excellent organizational skills
